"Pretty easy to put together"
Assembly was simple overall. I took my time and double-checked the parts as I went just to avoid messing anything up, and it went smoothly. The install took a little longer than I expected, but nothing too frustrating

"Super comfy salon chairs"
I got these chairs from keller4salon they’re ridiculously comfortable. I can sit in them all day without feeling like my back has given up on me, and the support is way better than my old chairs.

"Feels like they keep the options limited"
I was shopping around for salon furniture and the site has some decent basic pieces, but the selection felt thin. A lot of the chairs and stations looked almost the same to me, and I kept wondering if they were intentionally keeping the choices narrow so people would just settle for whatever is already listed.
The customization part was also kind of vague. I expected more options for colors, finishes, sizes, that sort of thing, but it wasn’t very clear what could actually be changed. For the prices, I figured there would be more flexibility, unless the goal is to push customers toward the standard models. Not a horrible experience, just a little disappointing.

"Return got sorted quicker than I expected"
I had a small issue with my order, which was a bit annoying because I’d only just gotten around to opening the package after it sat on my kitchen counter for a couple days. "I had a problem with my order..."
I had a problem with my order and I was a bit annoyed at first because I thought it was going to turn into a whole hassle. I sent them a message and, to my surprise, they replied quickly. What made me feel better was that it didn’t sound like some generic copy-paste answer, they actually understood what I was asking. The person was friendly, helped me get it sorted, and suddenly I went from frustrated to genuinely relieved. Really happy with how smoothly and fast they handled it
